Absolutely fantastic place + great landlord
I ended up living in Shea's place for almost a year as I was looking for a job. Shea is a super chill, easy to get along with landlord. He was very accommodating with the renting schedule and any maintenance issues. The apartment itself is lovely and well-furnished with modern furniture. The location is amazing -- super close to Rino, all the shops in 5 points, and centrally located in Denver. It also comes with a gated parking spot. The neighborhood and apartment is extremely safe. I felt safe walking around the neighborhood at night. The apartment comes with heat and AC, and a smart lock so you can leave your keys at home. Overall 10/10 experience and would highly recommend staying here.

Loved My Stay!
I loved my stay here! The location and setup could not be beat. Shea, the owner, was very responsive and helpful whenever needed. It was clean, quiet, safe, and walkable to anything you could want. The garage parking was an added bonus. Highly recommend this place!

Great apartment near downtown Denver!
Super happy with my stay here! The apartment complex is nice and feels very safe. Everyone in the apartment complex was very friendly and kind. The actual apartment itself is clean and has plenty of space for one person or a couple. It is close enough to RiNo and Downtown so there is plenty to do, but it is still a quiet area at night. Shea was a wonderful host and was always available if I ever needed anything! Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a nice apartment close to downtown and RiNo!
