Very quiet setting with gorgeous views of Mount Kearsarge. 11 acres of open land adjacent to over 1,000 acres of public land with trails. There is a lovely back deck overlooking our fields and forest. Apartment is quite small and suitable for a single individual or a couple that spends most of their day out of the house.
Space
Rent is for single occupancy. All utilities included (heat, hot water, internet, plowing, TV service, etc.) We prefer to rent the apartment in three month leases to health care travel professionals; we are not interested in 12 month+ leases. Dogs are possible with discussion and rental terms.
