We are renting the front half of our house (separated from our apartment by a door), which includes 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom, a full kitchen, a dining nook, a washer and dryer, and a fully furnished living room with a 55-inch smart TV. The rental unit has front yard access. Our space is conveniently located to everything, 8 minutes to downtown, 27 minutes from the beach, and with easy access to the Truman Parkway.

An AMAZING Experience
Tony and his wife were wonderful hosts! They were attentive to all our needs from before we moved in until after we moved out. Our stay extended longer than we had anticipated and they were so gracious and accommodating. Tony attended to the smallest of details like, coming in to replace a light bulb and providing valet trash service. Tony has done most of the renovations to the property so he makes the effort to ensure everything is in top notch shape. We loved our stay at The Garden Getaway and highly recommend it to others.
