Wonderful Gem in Santa Barbara
We had the pleasure of renting this lovely home for five months. The home is warm and welcoming and in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor living as well. The succulent gardens are incredible and we particularly loved the deck off of the primary suite where we enjoyed many sunsets. Kaiyin is an excellent host and we feel very lucky to have found this gem!

Beautiful Santa Barbara Home
We had the joy of renting this home for the greater part of 2025. The host is great, very hospitable, responsive and a clear communicator. The home is beautiful inside, very well kept, and has two rear patios perfect to enjoy the evenings and relax. The appliances are new and work great. A huge benefit to this home is the driveway parking spot. The landscaping and mowing is taken care of so this home is perfect for busy people. The area of town is very walkable to State St. and has many good eateries within a block or two. The neighborhood is quiet, very safe and has easy access to the freeway.
