Great Spot!

Cute place, and Nicholas was great as a landlord! He was very responsive and made sure we had every we needed! The house is in a very walkable part of town close to great coffee shops, parks, restaurants, and more. The only negative thing is that there are some questionable people who pass through the area. Twice we had cars broken into, with a window being smashed one time. Dont leave any valuable items in your vehicle and make sure everything stays locked up. That being said, I walked my dog in the neighborhood every evening, and never once felt unsafe. Neighbors are friendly and we had absolutely no issues beyond those two instances.

Hidden gem of Winston Salem

Definitely would recommend staying here! Wife, me and the dog called this place home for three months and really enjoyed our stay. Nick was the best host I've ever had the pleasure of working with and went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable during our stay. House was furnished with comfortable furniture, and the stocked kitchen was great for cooking too. The fenced in back yard was great for the dog and had plenty of room for us to play in. Overall we were very pleased with Nicks place and the attention to detail he's put in it to make it special for his guest.

Cozy cute home

Nice place located in a great spot close to two major hospitals a fencing yard for your dogs and plenty of starter supplies. I would highly recommend this place. I enjoyed my stay there, N is a great host
