Wonderful!
My son and I thouroughly enjoyed our stay at Tim and Elizabeth's property. Beautiful view, clean, well-appointed home. The downstairs neighbors are kind but give you plenty of space. I rarely saw or heard them. I also always felt very safe in this location.

Amazing Oceanview Home
I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Tim & Elizabeths Oceanview home! The location is amazing! Short walk to the ocean cliff overlook and not too much farther to a community beach access. The house location was also very easy to get to Samaritan Pacific Hospital! The neighborhood was quiet and nice, very walkable to nearby restaurants and sight-seeing. Tim & Elizabeth are very nice and easily reached if you ever need anything! The home has everything you need and more to live comfortably during your contractvery home away from home! I highly recommend this rental and I will definitely look into renting here again if I ever do another contract in Newport in the future!
