Best stay ever!

Absolutely loved my stay at this studio in Santa Rosa! It was the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. One of the best features was the in-unit laundry such a game-changer for longer stays and daily ease. Parking was a breeze, which can be rare in the area, and made coming and going totally stress-free. The space was thoughtfully designed to meet all my cooking needs, complete with a full-size fridge no mini fridge hassles here! Everything was clean, modern, and felt like a true home away from home. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a well-equipped, comfortable stay in Santa Rosa.

As a travel tech, finding a comfortable, well-equipped place to call home for a few months is crucial, and this rental exceeded all expectations. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and stocked with everything I neededkitchen essentials, cozy linens, and even thoughtful extras that made my stay feel special. What truly set this experience apart was the owners hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, checking in just the right amount and even providing fantastic local recommendations. One of the biggest perks was the safe and convenient parking, which allowed me to bring my car, Cappuccino, without any worries. Having my own vehicle made exploring the area so much easier! The location was perfect, the WiFi was strong (a must for travel professionals), and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. Home away from home!

I am a travel RN and stayed at this lovely ADU property for my 13 week assignment. I was able to bring my cat Bentley along. This is truly a wonderful place to stay. All you need to bring is your suitcase. This ADU has it all and more! The bedroom was equipped with a nice sized bed, clothes dresser, and full closet. The kitchen is stocked: pots/ pans, plates, cups,glasses & utensils . There is a fridge/freezer, air fryer, convection stove, microwave, coffee maker and farmhouse sink. There is also a table with four chairs. The bathroom has a double sink with vanity for storage, shower/bathtub and full sized washer and dryer. The living area and separate den are comfortably furnished. All living spaces and bedroom have ceiling fans and Roku TV's. You even have a private entrance and a place to park your car across from the home. Bentley and I enjoyed are peaceful stay and hated to leave. The Smith family are extremely nice and very accommodating hosts. I highly recommend this ADU.

Gorgeous Location & Excellent Privacy

My husband and I stayed here for almost a year. The apartment had everything we needed, and was spacious. Kitchen has full size fridge, air fryer oven and hot plate meant we made most meals there. Bedroom has large closet, comfortable bed. Bathroom has large shower, 2 sinks and a washer and dryer. Living room has table, plenty of seating and a coffee table that pulls up into a work desk. Cute bonus side room for extra space and separate tv viewing. Street parking, private entrance, 5 min walk to Annadel. Gorgeous Santa Rosa! The family upstairs were very kind, and we hardly had any interactions with them because of the separate entrance to the apartment. They let us use the backyard, and swim in the pool. Their dogs were so fun and well behaved, loved playing with them outside. We would definitely recommend this housing to others, and would stay again. Thanks Jacob and Rebekah!
