Private Studio in Del Mar Near the Beach

Comfortable cozy and excellent location

I stayed in this Furnished Finder studio for three months and had a great experience. The main highlights are the excellent locationwithin walking distance to the ocean and Torrey Pinesand the convenient access to great restaurants, grocery stores, and other services, as well as close proximity to I-5. The studio is comfortable and spacious with a private entrance. The backyard has a pleasant Hawaiian-themed design with vibrant greenery that creates a relaxing atmosphere. Street parking was always available, and having an in-unit washer and dryer was a big plus. The landlady is friendly, and we were both very respectful of each others privacy.

An Enchanting Stay by the Coast!

If you're looking for the perfect blend of comfort, charm, and coastal beauty, look no further than this delightful ADU near Torrey Pines State Beach. Lorri was a warm and gracious host. Her hospitality is unmatched, making you feel instantly at home. Her ADU is in a prime location, just minutes from the amazing Torrey Pines Beach, with breathtaking coastal hikes and golden sunsets at your doorstep. It is a very short stroll away from an array of fantastic restaurants, bars and an artisan coffee shop nearby. The ADU is tastefully decorated in a Hawaiian theme, with the added convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit. Absolutely highly recommended.

It's a great place to stay and in an excellent location. Lorri is very kind and welcoming. She wants to ensure you're comfortable during your stay. I definitely would stay here again and recommend to others.

Comfortable and Convenient Beachside Stay!

Lorri's place was a wonderful stay while I was in the area for school for a month. She was extremely accommodating and friendly and made sure I was comfortable. The room was cozy, convenient, and quiet. I was able to come and go as needed and parking was always easy to find. The private bathroom was so convenient and the kitchenette had a small fridge which made it easy to keep snacks around. The location is right next to the beach and I enjoyed taking walks and visiting the coffee shop down the street. I would definitely stay with Lorri again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay for work, school, or travel!

Peaceful Setting in a Phenomenal Location

Lorri is amazing, welcoming, and responsive. Studio has a comfortable bed, great water pressure, and plenty of room. Extremely quiet neighborhood, day and night, so perfect for sleeping, studying, and relaxing. Very easy access off the I-5 in a safe neighborhood and steps to Torrey Pines for hiking and beach time. You will love your stay!

Delightful in Del Mar

Lorri's guest suite is clean, quiet and comfortable. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, bordered by a scenic estuary, and a half mile from the beach, I found the location perfect. The entrance to the suite is located at the rear of her home. A well lit path to a private security gate, provides easy access to that space. The common space in the back yard is well appointed, with cozy outdoor furniture, and a state of the art grill. Lorri is kind, considerate and unassuming, and if you are a pickleball fan, you will fit right in. I highly recommend this location.

After staying at this property for one month, I have nothing but positive things to say. My first impression was that this property was well kept, clean, and had a pleasant vibe reminiscent of Hawaii. You are given a private entrance. There is adequate space for your belongings and essentially everything you need for a long-term stay. During my stay I cooked many meals here and everything went smoothly. The mini fridge was surprisingly spacious enough to hold several days' worth of food. The walk-in closet and bathroom are spacious. The location is excellent and the neighborhood is safe, quiet, and located a few minutes walk from a coffee shop and a few restaurants. During the day, you may choose to enjoy the beautiful weather on the patio or jog down to the beach. The sunsets are gorgeous! For laundry, the landlord allowed me to use her own washer/dryer, but there is also a laundromat up the road. Super convenient for commuting to Scripps Green/La Jolla (memorial) and UCSD!
