Great Oakland stay... highly recommend.

Yvonne was a great landlord and the neighborhood was nice and quiet (a real residential neighborhood). Lots of street parking and NEVER had an issues with vandalism. Several good grocery stores close by and a planet fitness gym 2 blocks away. When I first got to Oakland and saw the neighborhood of the original place I was planning on staying at I said absolutely not. Luckily Yvonne's place was available and she responded timely to my inquiries. This place was perfect for me. She had everything I needed, full kitchen, total privacy, and a safe neighborhood easily accessible to everything I needed. It was about 10 mins door to door for my morning commute to Sutter Alta Bates Summit Medical Center on Hawthorne. Highly recommend.

I honestly could not say enough nice things about this place. The landlord is honestly one of the best, kind hearted person I have ever met. She was always available to answer questions or help with anything you needed. The space is small and cozy, but was perfect for me. I had no problem with anything. There is a Target about 20 mins away which made grocery shopping super convenient. Highland Hospital is like 5-7mins..Alameda Hospital is about 15-20mins away
