The Kelly Bedroom has direct access to this bathroom that provides a full service environment with a traditional tub and a host of toiletries to ease away the stress of the every day.
Lounging Spaces
The best room in the house for taking care of all of our " stuff" . This laundry room is fully stocked with various types of detergents, a full size ironing board and cleaning products.
Outdoor living at its finest. Dinner al fresco or maybe an afternoon nap? This space is perfect for it all as it faces West and is completely enclosed by a tall hedge. A combination of flowering trees and Bamboo draw in a variety of sweet little birds for your enjoyment. All furniture has been selected for comfort. The umbrella and day bed are treasures straight from Indonesia that we shipped home from our time there.

This residence is accessed via a front gate. This courtyard awaits on the other side of the gate. Each element was designed to enhance your well being. Carefully selected planting, pavers, stones, as well as the IPE deck were professionally curated.
This residence is situated on a corner and while this is a very sleepy neighborhood having it tucked away is always nice. The driveway accommodates two cars easily and the two car garage is available for your usage. The front of the home also has a large front lawn that is a dedicated leisure area for you and only you.:) .
The Lakeside community offers an Old Florida inspired club house two pools, pickleball and tennis courts and shuffleboard. Kayak's may be kept and a small "beach" makes for a perfect spot to enjoy the wildlife as they "sun" themselves around the lake. A walking trail encompasses this tranquil community.
Pickle Ball and Tennis courts are lite in the evening. Shuffle board, bocce, a gazebo and and a children's play area round out the amenities within walking distance of the main pool and clubhouse
The second pool at Lakeside is equipped with changing rooms, grills and outdoor shower. This pool is walking distance to your home away from home.
THIS Coastal Blue Room will be transformed into your retreat if the home is occupied at the same time by another single tenant.
