Charming Remodeled Chapel Hill Apartment with Secluded Setting & Convenient Access to Medical Centers

Great place to stay! No complaints!

I am a medical student who stayed here for 2 months while doing rotations at UNC. I have nothing but great things to say about this place and about Pam (the landlord). For the place: This place was super quiet! Felt like i was in a remote cabin, all while being super close to everything you could need. It has all the amenities you could need...cooking supplies, washer, dryer, oven, stove, fridge, microwave, etc. The A/C and heat works wonderfully. It feels super safe, so much so that i didn't even lock my doors half the time. For Pam: Pam is the landlord, and she is so so nice. She was always readily available if I had any questions or concerns. She would check in from time to time to make sure i was always satisfied and happy with the place. She even assessed my coffee situation and offered to have a coffee machine delivered! You won't be disappointed staying here. It's like a permanent getaway, especially if you like peace and quiet!

Amazing Place!

I had a great stay here and couldnt recommend it more. The owner was incredibly friendly, responsive, and easy to work with, which made the entire process seamless. The apartment itself was extremely clean, well maintained, and clearly cared for. The location was also perfect, convenient to everything I needed while still being comfortable and quiet. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great place for traveling healthcare!

This was the perfect place for me as a traveling medical student. Clean, comfortable, and spacious with a quick, easy commute to UNC Hospital. Grocery stores and coffee shops are close by, the neighborhood is very quiet with no traffic noise, and parking is simple. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made the stay easy and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Place

Perfect fit for a traveling nurse working at UNC Chapel Hill. The location is perfect, it's beautiful and quiet and about 10-15 drive to UNC. Located on a dead end road and very light on the traffic makes for a perfect road for running and exercising. The owner is amazing, easy to contact, and always very responsive if any needs arise. Would definitely recommend and stay again if ever in the area again.

Great place to stay in Chapel Hill!

This property was the perfect fit for me - a student completing a rotation with UNC Health. It was a quiet & peaceful location with easy access to everything in Chapel Hill. It is in a relatively secluded area, so it offered the best of both worlds - a country retreat within 10-15 min of downtown Chapel Hill. It is also very close to Jordan Lake, which is great for relaxing on the lakeside, fishing, boating, paddle boarding, and swimming. There are several access points very close by to the Lake. Close to everything without having to deal with the craziness of downtown traffic! The owner is wonderful and very timely with any issues at the property (which were minimal). She is very friendly and lives in the area which makes communication very easy. The road is a dead end road, so there is no through traffic, making the road great for walking/jogging/biking for exercise.
