Neighborhood overview
Piedmont is a Historic neighborhood with many old Portland style homes like ours. We are one block from Peninsula Park which has the oldest Rose Garden on the city and an outdoor pool open in summer. There are two grocery stores in walking distance and it's a few minute bike ride from the Albert Arts District and Mississippi Street both of which have many cafes restaurants and shops to explore.

Great short term stay!
Rachel is an incredibly kind and responsive landlord! The house is very cozy and there's plenty of room for people. I rented a room and ended up not having roommates in the house, but affordability and how much space I had was awesome! The area is great, it feels very safe and is close to grocery stores and easy to get around. Overall, very happy with my stay and would recommend for short term rentals!
