Gorgeous House in Quiet Neighborhood

Great rental

This house is a gem. Landlord is a great communicator and has thought of everything in this house. We were able to live here while waiting for new house to be done. It was like being a home. Also, was able to bring our dogs. Great neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Location could not have been better. Lots of places to grocery shop, restaurants and entertainment not far from location.

True hospitality! Thank you for your seamless communication. The host definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. And even after departure made sure belongings left were properly returned. The house and backyard was clean, comfortable, and accommodating to the fur babies and myself. The location was in a nice and quiet neighborhood with everything you need within minutes away. If you're ever in the area I would 100% recommend this property.

This property is amazing and the owner is very attentive. Very fast WiFi with a large enclosed back yard, 2 nice sized bedrooms, a nice kitchen with a huge pantry. It has an eat in dining room and a cozy living room. It also has a large basement with washer and dryer. The best part of this place was the neighborhood was quiet, The neighbors were also amazing and it's close to Mercy Hospital (15 min). There are plenty of restaurants to choose from. It's centrally located 10 min from the airport, 20 min from Downtown (The Arch) This lovely place is within 3-5 min walking distance of one of the best parks I have ever seen (soccer, hockey, tennis, fishing, walking, baseball). We have already said this will be the first place we seek out when we return to MO. Thanks Ryan

Cozy home in super safe neighborhood l

This home is cozy, clean and in a family friendly neighborhood. Stayed here with my kids and they loved the area! There is a park close by and the backyard is fully fenced which was awesome for our dog! The owner is very friendly and accommodating always responds to questions quickly! We loved staying here and highly recommend making this your stl home for your time here.
