My stay here was wonderful and just what I needed while moving to the area. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, lots of street parking and easy access to the highway. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the unit has newer appliances. The entire unit was very clean and had just enough furniture to be comfortable. The hosts were incredibly responsive throughout my stay, and also flexible when my plans changed. I would highly recommend this studio to anymore coming to the east bay!

Great Stay in a Quiet Neighborhood

My stay with J & T was very nice and comfortable! The unit is in a quiet and safe part of town, which was such a relief! Parking was never an issue for me and I did not experience any car break-ins although, I still took precaution. The unit had everything that I needed to feel at home. The air conditioner and in-unit washer & dryer was convenient and definitely made it a more comfortable stay! There is no TV but the wifi is so fast/reliable that you could easily stream from your own device. Although I stayed alone, this unit is also perfect for 2 people. The homeowners provided me with complete privacy and were always there in case I needed anything. They do require renters insurance, which could be found at a reasonable price online. Overall, my stay with J & T was the best part of my three-month assignment. I would definitely stay here again if I were to come back to the area!
