Private home near hospitals and UF - open to shorter term rentals

Home away from home!

My family and I stayed at this home for two months and a half for the entire summer, and it was truly a home away from home! We love the spaciousness and the charm of the home! The owner made us feel right at home and had little small touches that made us feel like special such as a bottle cleaner and plug covers for our infant mobile son! The home is close to downtown and midtown Gainesville so it was nice being able to get around very quickly with ease! The home is surrounded by nature so we got to see hawks haunting squirrels on the regular outside the window! We worked remotely and the internet speeds were amazing with multiple connected devices! The property manager was always available to answer questions and address our concerns immediately! We loved this home! The only complaint we had was the mattresses became somewhat uncomfortable for long term stay. They are convenient for short term stays but after a month, they were hurt slightly. Cannot recommend this home enough!
