Beautiful property, great landlord

Nick is truly a kind and considerate landlord! (And a good landlord is hard to find on Maui.) He makes a real effort to make it a beautiful, comfortable, and safe place to live. I lived at the "house on the hill" for 10 months and it is the most beautiful residence Ive lived at on Maui. The views are beautiful and the room and house are a great value. It might be helpful to note that (like many homes on Maui) there is no AC, but with windows open and fans on I didnt find the house overwhelmingly warm. The great part about being up on the hill is that there is often a nice breeze! The beautiful surroundings and shaded outdoor spaces were also a great place to spend time in nature on some of the warmer summer days. I would highly recommend this place for those who are looking for a peaceful place to call home. Thank you so much, Nick, for your kindness and hospitality to everyone who stays in your home!

Top of The Hill

I spent 7 beautiful month here and the homeowner Mr. NICK was an excellent host and the view from the hilltop was magnificent. Being up there makes all your problems go away, I Honestly wouldn't change anything about my stay

Awesome Landlord that treats you as a family

I met Nick as the most amazing , helpful, and very family oriented landlord. The house has a very quiet neighborhood, excellent ocean view and good parking. I would love to recommend this house if u guys thinking to stay in Maui because its very convenient. Especially as a traveller, its near the hospital, airport and food places. I would love to come back to rent here if ever I go back to work in Maui. very kind hearted landlord.

Special Find

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while working on Maui. I worked at Maui Memorial and everything about this place was perfect for that. It was extremely affordable and clean which I really appreciate in a shared living space. There is a front lanai that is perfect for sipping morning coffee and watching the sunrise over the ocean with a beautiful view of Haleakala. The backyard is completely private and has a pool that is regularly cleaned, great for an afternoon dip or lounging on days off. It is in walking or biking distance of Maui Memorial and other Kaiser facilities & has the perfect room for working night shift (blackout curtains, a fan, no direct sunlight, and a private entrance). More than anything, the owner Nick (who also lives on the property) made this the best place to live. I am a landlord too & I can honestly say I hope to be as good of one as he is. He is extremely understanding, flexible, and kind. He truly shares what it means to show aloha!

Cozy place

I stayed there for a month and I liked it. The room was very cozy that is plenty big for a single occupant. The property is at the top of the hill which overlooks the harbour with Mt. Haleakala on the backdrop. You can also see the hospital from the property which is walkable. The landlord is very nice and considerate. I would stay there again. R
