Best Experience Renting!

P was a great landlord, very accommodating and generous. The house is in wonderful condition, with 2 sets of linens, plenty of towels, a shower caddy, kitchen basics, and cleaning supplies provided. There is plenty of space in the kitchen for pantry essentials, and the dresser/nightstands are spacious, too. I came to Maine with no car and worked at EMMC, which was a mile walk. Beautiful neighborhood straight across from a park and close to plenty of stores. Overall, great price and perfect location for traveling professionals.

Wonderful rental!

I didn't have time to bring my car to Bangor before my contract start so this was the perfect rental for me. P is a great landlord and he made sure I had everything I needed. The room is large with plenty of storage, a King bed, and a smart TV. The bathroom and kitchen were shared spaces but everything was clean with plenty of space. The laundry room was perfect. I worked at Eastern Maine and the walk was a straight shot less than a mile down the sidewalk. The house has a large park across the street and the neighborhood seemed very safe. The grocery store was a mile walk the other way, along with a mall, food options, and even a movie theater. Walmart delivers groceries. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend it. Close to everything and a quiet neighborhood. Landlord is nice you feel welcome while your staying.
