Fantastic Apartment!

I stayed here for ~3 months while working in downtown Eau Claire for the summer. This was a fantastic place to stay, and Andrea was a great host. The apartment is very spacious and has lots of natural light, which made it feel like home! I would absolutely recommend!

Great experience, lovely place

I stayed here for ~3 months while moving to Wisconsin from out of state. It was easy to set up - Andrea is a great communicator, professional, and well organized. Upon arriving, I was immediately impressed by how clean the space was. The unit is very private, and both the neighborhood and the house are quiet places (I'm sensitive to noise and smells and had no issues here). You can occasionally hear the nearby train and the kids playing outside at the daycare across the street, but nothing disruptive. There is plenty of storage space for clothing and food. The kitchen is the most equipped of any rental I've stayed at - I enjoy cooking and had every utensil/pan/dish I needed. The appliances work well, and the shower is hot with good water pressure. I loved the proximity to downtown. Had I stayed in Eau Claire, I would have extended my lease. I highly recommend Andrea's place to anyone looking for a furnished stay.

I loved staying here, the location was perfect for my assignment and it was very quiet. My Host was awesome and always accommodating. I would definitely recommend

Lovely place to stay!

I greatly enjoyed my stay here! Andrea is super responsive if you need anything and the place is clean and well maintained! The decor and attention to detail makes it truly feel like a home.
