E has been a wonderful landlord to deal with. The accommodations are clean, quiet and well equipped for a short term stay. The greatest advantage for me was the availability of a short term rebtal without the burden of a long term lease. I recently moved to Tennessee from Florida and was completely pleased by Es hospitality and the apartment. I highly recommend that if you need temporary housing, you should contact E and request his apartment. It is a great value and wonderful place to stay.
