All In One Comfort

Excellent!

The Runes are excellent landlords. The room was comfortable and the amenities were great! The shower was very enjoyable and I was allowed to use the pool as well. Any problems I had were quickly fixed. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Great stay

Eugene and his wife are wonderful landlords. Absolutely loved my stay herewas able to use the gym and pool. However, I have to say I really miss the steam shower. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent

Stayed for a few months. The apartment is beautiful, restful, clean and fresh. Great neighborhood as well. Landlord is excellent, very easy to work with and responsive. Kitchenette was very useful despite not being a full kitchen; was still able to cook a variety of meals. Bathroom arrangement very satisfactory. I would highly recommend.

Only stayed a short time but owner super responsive and a chill/reasonable kind of guy. Place is quiet and clean and comfortable and not too far from grocery store. The bathroom situation wasn't even an issue for me. Would definitely rent from again.

Excellent accomodations

E has been a wonderful landlord to deal with. The accommodations are clean, quiet and well equipped for a short term stay. The greatest advantage for me was the availability of a short term rebtal without the burden of a long term lease. I recently moved to Tennessee from Florida and was completely pleased by Es hospitality and the apartment. I highly recommend that if you need temporary housing, you should contact E and request his apartment. It is a great value and wonderful place to stay.
