This is the perfect location! The apartment is beautifully maintained, it was absolutely spotless upon arrival! It has everything you could need for a short term rental. The views are great and the sunsets unbeatable! David was amazing, even when he was out of town he was available if needed. He is always quick to respond and so thoughtful! I have rented 5 short term rentals in Norfolk and this is by far the best one I have ever stayed!

My husband and I stayed here during my contract at CHKD. We couldn't recommend it more! We have traveled for 2 years and this was by far the nicest place we have stayed. You will love living in this neighborhood. It was both beautiful and very safe, the sunsets over the water are unbeatable! David is a great landlord and was always responsive, helpful, and respectful. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Felt like home

David became a friend rather than a landlord. He always responded quickly and made sure I was comfortable. He took care of any issues I had immediately and kept me updated on progress. We enjoyed hanging out a few times watching the sunset over the water while talking mostly of travel as its our fav subject. One of the nicest people youll ever meet. The place is huge plenty of space for friends or family to visit Highly recommend if you are working for Norfolk general hospital its about 7 mins to work very easy commute no highway needed Tons of places around to eat and beautiful walk around the water esp in the evenings
