Luxury accommodations close to Boulder

Fantastic stay!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very spacious, cozy, and had all the amenities I needed to feel right at home. The neighborhood was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and made the stay even more enjoyable. Sarah was incredibly welcoming, sweet, and helpful throughout my stay. She made sure I had everything I needed and was always available if I had any questions. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily stay again.

Wow, what a fantastic space!

I can't say enough good things about this rental. This space gives you all the independence and creature comfort you need. Newly built home. The living spaces feel cozy but clean, and spacious. Parking, kitchenette, and private washer/dryer included. My kids loved the electric fireplace and ping pong table. Great for unwinding after a busy day. Close access to the Denver Airport and Boulder. Niwot is bike-able. Great for CU Boulder students, traveling professionals, or just anyone who needs the perfect space for a bit. They are building a bike path from Boulder directly next to this neighborhood for easy and safe bike commuting. Downtown Longmont is less than 10 min drive away. Absolutely stunning views and tons of surrounding walking paths. It's a must book!

Quiet, Secure, Private

Very quiet, peaceful, and secure location. Lots of room, very modern and comfortable. It was great having a washer and dryer available. I had wifi to do work, and even a small gym and when I wanted to get outside, there was paved walking paths around the community that were really nice. They even offered off street parking. This was by far cheaper than staying at a hotel every night.

Spacious and quiet rental!!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 months. I am a nightshift nurse and had no trouble sleeping during the day. In the bedroom, theres extra insulation to drown out noise. The space is very large and the ceilings are high. The space is practically brand new, everything is in great condition. There is no private entrance, but you easily enter through the garage and walk down a hallway to get to the stairs to the apartment. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. When we did park our car on the street, we never had any concerns. We did have a spot in the driveway to park in and also had the option of parking in the garage. Sarah was always quick to responding which was helpful!

Wonderful place to stay

I stayed for four months and I loved the space. It has plenty of room and had all the amenities that I was looking for. The hosts are very accommodating and easy to get along with. Was in a perfect place, near the edge of town. Quiet and Cozy. I especially liked being able to use the garage which was nice in the winter.
