This is a shared home, there are two, "suites," both have their own bedroom, bathroom and a den like setting that is private to them. Both suites are very comfortable and private, one is upstairs and the other is downstairs. The fully stocked kitchen, living room and laundry are shared. There is two off street parking spaces and a fully fenced in backyard. All utilities are included, as well as internet. Host lives in the house...
