Stay at apartment
My stay here was nothing short of perfect. Darra provided me with everything I needed for an excellent stay. She is kind, attentive, and so funny. She was always eager to talk to me about how I was doing and how my stay was going. She gave me many suggestions of places to visit in the city and she really knows the area. The room was quiet and cozy and having in unit laundry saved my life. Thanks Darra I'll be back!

TIDY APARTMENT, FRIENDLY HOST, WASHER + DRYER!
I cannot recommend this space enough!!! You cannot find another listing in the city with this great price, in-unit washer and dryer (yes, they work well), air conditioning in bedrooms, location being quite literally 10 feet from the F, newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen, and a super friendly host who will always help you with your needs. What else do you need? I can't think of any downsides to this apartment, except some noise and smells at night from the street and subway (you live right above the F's stairs), but that's New York! If you are in the city for any amount of time, take this space. You will NOT regret it!!
