best new orleans home!

we had the loveliest time spending 10 weeks in lisa's home. lisa is incredibly responsive, her house is beautiful (every day we found another decoration we loved), and the location is perfect. everyone we met in new orleans was impressed and awed by how amazing our temporary home was. cannot recommend this place enough! three rooms, full/queen sized beds, 2 full bathrooms, and in unit washer/dryer. perfect!

Perfect Mid City home.

I recently had a long term job assignment that put me in New Orleans for almost 5 months. I wanted a Fully Furnished unit in a Nice Neighborhood with a Short Commute to EVERYTHING. I viewed several units throughout the city and spoke with many many agents. It was starting to look like I would have to compromise on at least one of the things on my list. Then as luck would have it I stumbled upon this wonderful 3 bedroom unit on IBERVILLE STREET. It checked every box on my wish list. I was also happy to discover that there were so many amenities within walking distance. While It was on a quiet residential street with smiling friendly neighbors , it was only a two block walk in any direction to all kinds of wonderful neighborhood restaurants and even an amazing pastry / ice cream shop called BROCATOS. No big chains here, everything was a charming "Ma and Pa" small business with amazing small batch dishes and delights. I went to JAZZ FEST 2 weekends in a row. At the end of the shows when I left the fairgrounds the grid lock traffic made it impossible to get a ride so I walked out of the immediate area to find a better spot to call an UBER. Once out of the chaos I realized it was only a 12 minute walk back to the apartment on Iberville! This unit is also a 10 minute drive from the french quarter, or even better yet, it's a one block walk to the streetcar that can take you to the french quarter without driving and parking hassles. The unit itself was spacious and fully stocked with everything I needed; dishes, furniture, linen, it even has it's own laundry room just off of the kitchen. The place was also well managed. The folks I dealt with were so friendly and helpful it was clear they really cared about the enjoyment and quality of my stay there. If I ever find myself back in New Orleans for any length of time long or short, I will not waste my time looking at any units other than this one. I just hope it's available!!! -Jordan
