Attached In-law Unit -1 bedroom/1bathroom with Livingroom & Kitchennette

First of all, would like to say that Anna and family are all very sweet, which is honestly why theres 3 stars instead of 2. Good location and near a lot of transportation/ things to do. However, home is kinda slapped together and we ran into frequent issues including ceiling leak during rain, burst pipe, electrical outages depending on how many outlets used (a weekly issue), thin walls can hear everything in main house, and ants in literally every room of the home (in kitchen coming in behind wooden wall so cant even block up the holes). Anna tried her hardest to address the issues in a timely fashion, but the electric and ants persisted for the whole 6 months we were there. Cute home though, if youre considering I would recommend you check in about those concern areas before signing on.
