Private, fun location, all the necessities

My husband and I stayed here for 6 weeks and enjoyed the privacy. The backyard walk between the two buildings was very peaceful so I genuinely did not mind going back and forth. While small, the rental has everything one would need including laundry, a stove/oven, shower/bathtub, bed, desk, couch, TV. The landlady is very responsive and was fast to help with a minor AC issue. The location was really fun, since it is right off of Broadway which has a lot of things to do and it is a short bus ride to downtown Denver. The library is not far either. We did find the 360 degree shower curtain a little annoying while showering, but we mostly just showered at the gym anyways. Overall, it was a great private short term rental
