Great apartment and amazing host!
I had a wonderful stay at Kaitlin's apartment! She was an amazing host from start to finish and communication was excellent. I was beyond impressed by her professionalism. At one point a piece of the fence accidentally fell on my car with the wind and damaged the mirror. Without question Kaitlin immediately offered to resolve it with the next door neighbor and paid for the replacement in full! That type of professionalism is rare and I very much appreciated it! The apartment is wonderfully clean and exactly as pictured in the photos. I was there as a single but there would be definitely enough space for two. I used the apartment to work remotely and the internet speed was quite good for video calls. The kitchen is completely stocked with kitchen equipment and has everything you would need for cooking. The neighborhood is very quiet and everything in Burlington is within a 5-minute drive or 15 to 20 minute walk. I would definitely recommend staying here!
Katelin
Fantastic place to stay. The place is super cozy and fully furnished with everything you need. I stayed for a month and it was a great experience. Kaitlin and her dad are very accommodating and kind. I had forgotten a couple items after I had left and they were even kind enough to ship it back to me!! 10/10 recommend. Perfect for students on rotations or travel medical professionals!!
Awesome spot in Burlington
I stayed in Kaitlin's apartment for two months, Feb through March, to enjoy Burlington and peak ski season. It was the perfect place to spend my winter and experience Burlington while I worked remote. The apartment had everything I needed for a long term stay - comfortable bed + couch, a huge kitchen with everything you could possibly need, a desk for working, TV w/ Roku, and private parking. Walking distance or a very short drive to the lakefront and downtown entertainment. I had a small issue with the oven and Kaitlin's dad came by to resolve it immediately. Kaitlin and her dad are very kind folks; as are the downstairs neighbors. I recommend this cozy spot to anyone who needs a rental in Burlington!
lovely apartment
Beautiful apartment in ideal area. Close to lake, shops and hospital. Has everything could possibly need. Kaitlin was super responsive with any needs but I didn't have many! Perfect for travel nurses.
We loved it here!!
My partner and I stayed in Kaitlins apartment for 2.5 months. We absolutely loved our stay here - we travel a lot because we are both digital nomads, and this is among one of the top places weve ever stayed. The apartment itself was impeccably clean, super comfortable, and had everything we needed during our stay. Kaitlin and her dad put a lot of effort into the place and it shows. We spent a lot of time in the apartment because we both work from our computers, but never felt tired of being in the apartment nor did we feel cramped despite it being a one bedroom. It is also very private and in a great location - we were able to get anywhere we needed to within the Burlington area either by walking or bus (if going outside the main downtown area) without needing a car. The Old North End is a great place in general to stay if you want to have a true Burlington experience. Finally, Kaitlin herself is amazing and a pleasure to talk to. She made us feel instantly welcome and at home and we never had any issue reaching out if we had any questions. We wouldnt think twice about staying here again if we find ourselves in Burlington again in the future.
