It's a cute, centrally located spot in downtown Portland. It's easy to get to all four quadrants of the city. It's fully-furnished and cozy. I am also a part-time RN and am willing to rent a single bedroom for less rent, and also to negotiate with someone who wouldn't mind me being home for a few days at a time as I travel back and forth between things.
