Very cute house

This place is so cute and cozy! Kaitlin is an absolute doll to work with. It is easy access, a beautiful sun room. It has everything you need. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the fenced in backyard, my goldendoodle loved running around trying to play with the squirrels. I would definitely recommend this house.

Health Hazard House

I LEFT EARLY... - 2 major gas leaks in my first week. The landlord said the gas smell was normal (for 2 days) with a malfunctioning CO2 monitor. The landlord refused to replace the CO2 detector and the main room gas was shut off for my stay. The gas company rep stated the gas line construction is a bit creative." - Persistent mildew smell in the kitchen and basement. I was instructed to swab/plunge an uncovered manhole in the basement w/ a mop. - Roof leak collection bucket, in the master bedroom closet to catch the rain waterYou can dump it. I learned this upon arrival. - I was charged an additional $500 cleaning fee (total $800) for dishes in the sink and to take a cardboard box out w/ the trashcan from the kitchen. The only perks were the big washer/dryer and the neighborhood's safe.
