cozy, cute, i loved it

this really was a great apartment. it was cute and cozy and had everything I needed. not only do the landlords respect your space and privacy but they are ATTENTIVE. anytime I had an issue they would be so quick to respond. location wise, AMAZING. Ktown is literally the center of LA. It's also walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, cafes. Oh and your own designated parking space behind a closed gate?! Pleaseeee they thought of everything. A must stay for real! :D

Suite 2 Review

I absolutely loved my stay here as a student looking for last minute accommodations while finishing up my clinical rotations. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short-term stay. I stayed in one of the smaller suites given the timeframe I was looking and the only thing missing was a desk or some type of table & chair to work from, but having my own entrance, kitchenette, bathroom, and bedroom made up for it. Also, I felt very safe in the neighborhood (I especially liked the security of the premises codes & gate keys to get in & out and the high fencing/foliage). The hosts were always friendly and helpful with communication. Overall a great place to stay and Id definitely come back instantly if I had to! Would highly recommend

Awesome stay!! Great housing!!

This house was awesome to stay in during this past summer. Everything looks brand new. Super well decorated!! The house is well kept and has weekly cleaning services. I would recommend this place to any of my friends coming to LA for an extended period of time. Koreatown is walking distance and there's lots of great places to eat nearby. It's also very accessible to public transportation .This house definitely made me want to stay. Thanks for the great experience!!

Home away from home

I have had the pleasure of staying here since late February while on assignment for work! John and Margarete are super attentive and responsive! It's quiet and safe! I would definitely recommend staying here if you're a traveler.

Great Stay with Elden!

Staying here was such a great experience. From the very beginning, John and his team made everything simple and stress free. Communication was excellent. They checked in regularly, gave clear instructions, and made sure I had everything I needed before I even arrived. The property itself is exactly as described. Every detail is thought through, from coded entry doors that made me feel very safe to the helpful welcome guide that explained everything step by step. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials and then some, which makes cooking easy. Having laundry in the unit with supplies ready to go was another bonus. It is peaceful and quiet, with everyone respecting each others space. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for somewhere comfortable, safe, and well managed, this is the spot. I would come back in a heartbeat. Big thanks to John and his team for creating such a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Decent

Stayed here for about six months. Pros are that it is modern, well kept, and spacious. Cons are that the alley is usually trashed and a lot of homeless people are in the area. Although the landlords are friendly they come every weekend to clean and it can feel uncomfortable sometimes when you do not want anyone in your space. I didn't feel comfortable to stay after I was told they watched on camera that my partner slept over because they saw him when they come for an annual cleaning unannounced. The price isn't worth it if you want to have guest come over they will charge extra. Also I didn't understand why we could not have family, friends, or partners stay over when we were all genuinely okay with it. If you want to experience LA just pay a couple hundred more for privacy! I would've stayed had I not been watched and my boyfriend was not profiled being that I have been extended for more than a year.

The Elden

This establishment has proven to be an absolute Godsend for me. I have resided here for a duration exceeding one year, and if faced with the decision once more, I would undoubtedly select it repeatedly. The premises are impeccably maintained, and the individuals, including the proprietor, John, Daniel, and their respective spouses, exhibit exceptional kindness and efficiency, ensuring that one feels completely at ease. They go above and beyond to create a homely atmosphere, offering an array of cleaning provisions and displaying unparalleled responsiveness to ensure that all necessities are met.

Amazing Spot

I was grateful to call this apartment home for 21 weeks. The landlords are so responsive, the space is safe. Its gated both front and back of property. It is such a central location to everything being only 10 minutes from downtown I was able to find so much to do on my off days. Compared to places my friends lived it was way more affordable and the fact that it has private parking makes it even more of a gem!

Amazing experience

Where do I start? Im a medical student, and during my rotations, I move from one state to another. Finding a place to stay for 2-3 months can be quite challenging, but discovering this place felt like striking gold. John and his team are incredible in every way possible. They keep you well-informed throughout the entire stay and even send you texts to ensure your move-in experience goes smoothly. Now, let me tell you more about the property. As soon as you arrive, you receive a detailed PDF that outlines exactly how to access the property, eliminating any confusion about where to go and how to enter. Every door requires a code for entry, including the parking gate. If you have concerns about safety, you can rest assured that theres nothing to worry about. When you step into the property, everything looks exactly as it does in the photos (which honestly surprised me). The furniture is all brand new and beautifully arranged. Each room has its own bathroom, which is sparkling clean, and the interior design is fantastic. The sheets are fresh, and the decor in the room is lovely. All the appliances are state-of-the-art my lamp even has a phone charger built into it! The air conditioning works exceptionally well; I turned it on, and within just 30 minutes, I had to turn it off because it got too cold. I am not the type of person to stay in my room all day, but your room has everything you can possibly need, I never wanted to leave. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: utensils, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and my personal favorite a Keurig machine. Everything is spotless, and they provide essential equipment in case you bring your own dishes and utensils. Theres also plenty of storage space for snacks, spices, and anything else you might need in the kitchen. The property includes a washer and dryer, and essential laundry detergent is provided for your convenience. Everyone at the property respects each others quiet time, so its not noisy at all. Especially at night, if you are a light sleeper, you shouldnt have any issues. I was initially hesitant about sharing a place with roommates, but honestly, everyone is so busy that I hardly saw or heard anyone during my stay. As I mentioned earlier, everyone respects each others space. The neighbors are also friendly, and no one bothers you. I wish I could stay in LA for the rest of my rotations, not because I loved LA, but because I truly loved this place. If you are considering staying here, you would be doing yourself a disservice by choosing any other option. Thank you to John and his team for allowing me to stay at their property. It was truly exceptional.

Great place and location with gated parking!

I truly enjoyed my time at this place and John is very attentive and helpful along with the rest of the girls! I stayed upstairs, there was a weekly cleaning for the common area which was super nice while keeping it tidy ourselves. This place was close to the job, the parking is a huge plus. Great location near Koreatown and downtown. There are many great Korean restaurants and coffee shops near by! Everyone was super nice and helpful I really appreciated it. I will for sure be back when Im back in LA for another assignment! :)

Amazing stay!

This place was perfect for my time in LA. It had everything I was needed from my own bathroom to a kitchen and all the essentials! John and his team were amazing every step of the way with communication and whenever I had a concern, they would quickly address it. Everything was clean and organized. I loved how secure everything was too! Every door has a code that you get and you will use that every time. You get your own space for your car if you bring one and it is gated. I would 1000% recommend staying here, it was such a lovely stay.
