Comfy and homey

Our family rented this condo while we were finding a home to purchase and it was so perfect for us. Pet-friendliness was imperative and our pets and us humans were so comfy, right from the get go! The noise deadening walls were super effective for traffic noise off of one the busier roads nearby, and the views of the lake, bridge, sunrises were spectacular. I was also able to work from home with quick and reliable internet the whole time! The landlord was very responsive and prompt any time I reached out, too!! I recommend this rental for anyone needing a home away from home here in Duluth!!!

We stayed in unit 1 and loved it! The place was clean, modern, and full of natural light with tons of windows. The walk in shower was great, and we really enjoyed the view of Bentleyville and Lake Superior from the balcony. The driveway is a little steep, but it wasnt a big deal at all..we loved the place so much it didnt matter. The Roku TV was a nice bonus too. Kaitlyn the property manager, was awesome to work with..very responsive and even had salt delivered to our door to help with icy steps. If we ever come back to Duluth, wed definitely stay here again!!

Travel nurses be aware: Concerns with professionalism, deposits & references no washer/dryer, earwigs, unit sprayed

The main issue was the landlords professionalism with deposits and references. She tried to withhold my deposit for reasons that didnt match the units condition. She claimed excessive cleaning due to dog hair on furniture, but my move-out photos showed none, so she dropped it. She then sent two clumps of hair as evidence, which is unreasonable in a pet-friendly unit. She also blamed me for a moldy mattress protector under the bed, then dropped that when questioned. She cited an unrelated payment agreement to justify withholding funds. The worst part was that after giving my new landlord a positive reference, she agreed to return my deposit, then a day later re-contacted her with negative comments right after I stood up for my rights, clearly attempting to jeopardize my housing and employment. When I confronted her, she said I was being ridiculous. She told me Id have first priority to extend, then gave me only a day and blamed timing when it was really about raising the rent.

Wonderful Summer

This studio apartment was PERFECT for my 2 dogs and me! The comforts and amenities were top shelf! The location is not only BEAUTIFUL but conveniently located to anywhere you might want to explore in Duluth and beyond!

Rented for one month. Very comfortable bed, easy to use kitchen, and felt safe coming in and out of the studio. Convenient location. Would rent again from K. Sundberg. Thank you for a great stay!

Great choice in Duluth MN

Pictures and descriptions are as advertised. This is a very recent remodel, so everything is NEW. The kitchen was very well equipped and was stocked with starter supplies. I used the second bedroom as an office, which worked out great. We particularly enjoyed the harbor view from our balcony (especially with our morning coffee or late-night pizza!) There is off-street parking, and the unit is set back from the street. Short drive to canal park and any number of other areas in Duluth. Kaitlyn was very responsive with any questions we had. We are already looking forward to our stay again next year.

Pictures and description match the property perfectly. Property manager is very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the Duluth/Superior area.
