Charming neighborhood! Great Landlord
Stephanie is the best landlord I have come across using this website! Two travel nurses and it was PERFECT distance to the hospital (Wake forest). The neighborhood is very walkable with the nearest grocery store right down the street! The screened in porch is where we spent majority of our time. The house is cozy and the best couch to find yourself on your days off! Stephanie was very attentive and responsive to any concerns we had on the house. If we extended our contract we would without a doubt be extending this lease!
