Nice place in quiet and very safe neighborhood and is located close to downtown Chapel Hill. It has two bedrooms and a third room as an office which is great for working from home. Lot of trees around and many trails for walking. The host was responsive, always replying quickly to my messages. Communication was clear and easy.

Perfect stay

This home is a great location and size. It feels like you are in the country with the woods and wildlife but its just a short drive to stores, restaurants, downtown chapel hill and UNC hospital. Its a spacious and comfortable home with a large porch and well stocked with kitchen and cleaning supplies. The owners of the home are very kind and quick to help with any questions or concerns. I arrived late at night the day before I started at the hospital and they stocked some basics in the fridge for me, which was so thoughtful of them. They also were able to accommodate me when my contract got extended twice so I was able to live in the house for 9 months. I would absolutely rent this home again and recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet, country-feel home while still being right in town.
