Excellent spot

I had a quiet and pleasant 2.5 month stay at this property. Miguel was very accommodating of my schedule and adjusted the terms of the lease so that I could move out on the exact day the lease at my new place started, effectively saving me half a month of rent. Respectful roommates and very nice space. Easy to recommend to anyone.

Amazing Stay!

The stay at this home was a very comfortable experience. I moved out there for work and the house was great as it came fully furnished. The appliances in the kitchen were also great to use if you like cooking and are not able to take a lot of stuff with you. The neighborhood is super nice and quiet, and the location of the home is in close proximity to a lot of stores. Overall, my stay at this house was amazing!

Cozy Retreat with Great Hospitality and Privacy

I recently stayed at Miguel's place and had an excellent experience. My private bedroom had ample space and a good desk, plus my own bathroom. Living with two roommates worked well as we all valued privacy. The kitchen was fully equipped with cookware, and Miguel provided dedicated fridge and pantry space for my food, making meal prep easy. Miguel's hospitality was exceptional. He accommodated my urgent move-in needs and communicated perfectlyalways giving notice before visits and making thoughtful improvements each time. Any issues were resolved with impressive speed and efficiency. If you want a comfortable place with a considerate host who respects your space while ensuring everything runs smoothly, I highly recommend Miguel's place.

Quiet and Cozy

Short stay for work in Portland. I am so happy to have stayed at this gem of a home. Had great room mates. We had alot of fun going on girl adventures. The bed was super comfortable. You have your own bathroom. It's super quiet and safe neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Ample cubbard and refrigerator space. Plenty of Amenities in kitchen ie dishes and appliances. In living room nice TV with several options for streaming. You have Washer and dryer, dishwasher. Nice shower with perfect amount of hot water. Air purifier in room. Plenty of storage space in closet. I could go on and on. Close to Fred Meyers and Costco. Miguel is very understanding and responsive when you need something. Just have to send him a message. Over all great experience. I was bummed to leave. Felt like home.
