My property is a quiet spot. There is access to backyard patio with a place to lounge. I am in central Goldsboro. Im close to the downtown.area and Seymour Johnson AF base.. I can furnished a TV. Parking in the yard close to house is fine. washer and dryer only 1 year old.

Sweet Retreat
It was an EXCELLENT experience!!! Ms Cynthia is the sweetest person/landlord you could ever ask for. Her home is CLEAN, QUIET, and very COMFORTABLE!!! I loved my stay here and when I visit Goldsboro again I will definitely stay with Ms Cynthia if available !!! 10/10!!!

Recommended!
I stayed at Cynthias home for six months for my contracts. The room is a good size, clean and well decorated. She is very thoughtful and sweet so you will love your stay while you are there. The bathroom is on hallway and it will be only used by you except some occasions. I recommend!
