Great place and great landlord!

I’d highly recommend this place to anyone. I was here for over three months during a unique transition time and it certainly felt like home. Tom is a great landlord and I miss a lot of things about this place!

Beautiful Neighborhood, Great stay

I really enjoyed my stay here this summer! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and felt very safe, plus its in such a great locationclose to all the restaurants, shops, and activities in Milton, Alpharetta, and Crabapple. The host was super easy to communicate with and always quick to respond, which made everything so simple. Overall, it was the perfect spot and Id definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved this property!!

I stayed here for 3 months during my clinical rotation, and absolutely loved staying here in this studio tucked away in crabapple! This studio is in a quiet, safe, and private neighborhood! The space was very clean, and has brand new appliances! The bed was very comfortable! Tom, the host was great he allowed me to come visit before renting. During my stay he was very easy to work with and quick to respond. The neighborhood is beautiful, I enjoyed going on afternoon walks. There are a lot of things to do in the area! It's walking distance to downtown Milton with several shops and restaurants. It's also located within 20 minutes to downtown Alpharetta, and the North Point Mall. I highly recommend and hope I have the chance to stay here again in the future!
