We do have a larger fully fenced in yard with fruit trees (apple, pear, plum, paw-paw, peach) and surrounding forest and marsh land. We have a friendly non-barking golden retriever and chickens on the property (no roosters).
There is easy access to walking trails, best enjoyed fall-winter-spring. Community pool and tennis court access available for the summer.

Great place.
This place was great it had everything I needed. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They helped me with any questions I had, and they were very understanding when I had to move out early. Wish I could've stayed longer.

Perfect spot
Neighbors are so nice. Property owners are very friendly. The apartment is over the garage. It has all you need and is very clean and newly remodeled . There are skylights, new floors, nice washer and dryer. Up the street is a neighborhood pool and a barn with goats and chickens in it so is you like fresh eggs the property itself has fruit and nut trees, greenhouse, and the marsh surrounds it. Very peaceful. There is an addition that extends out that you can put storage in. I would highly recommend.
