A perfect place to land :)

Loved my stay here for 3 months in Austin. The property has everything you’ll need + awesome amenities like a cold plunge and sauna in the back yard. Not to mention, Ali and Randy are just awesome human beings. :) Loved the location, as you’ll be conveniently located right off the interstate, which made it very easy to get anywhere in the city. Some very cute coffee shops you can walk to nearby like Barret’s!

This place felt like home!

I can't say enough good things about this place or the people who own it. The unit was spotless and thoughtfully designed every detail felt intentional, welcoming, and well cared for. It's not just a rental, it's truly a vibe. Beyond the space itself, Randy and Ali are amazing people. They were incredibly communicative, helpful, and made me feel completely at home during my stay. This was hands down the best place Ive stayed during my travel career, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great Place

This was a great stay! Randy and Ali were super helpful and responsive and the place was so cute. Very clean, comfortable and a convenient location for communing to Cedar Park for work but still being super close to all the fun stuff downtown Austin has to offer!

We will miss you!

The location was perfect, with literally all of Austin's green spaces less than a 15 minute drive to our townhome. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby, definitely within walking distance. The townhome is beautiful, newly renovated with a great outdoor patio. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Ali and Randy and their property highly enough. We hope to see you both again very soon!

Perfect place!

We had the absolute best time at Ali & Randys property. As soon as we pulled in you can admire how much work they put into making this a beautiful and safe place to stay. We were initially apprehensive with the area, but they answered all our million questions before booking with patience and honesty. Safe to say it all turned out wonderfully. Theres easy access to get anywhere especially the hospitals and good food options. There is fast reliable WiFi to work from home and the they were so sweet to give us great food recommendations and be so accommodating to our dog baby. The apartment decor is perfectly cozy and sleek, absolutely obsessed with all the details and the king size bed! They also have Eugenio who keeps the grounds nice and tidy and even arranged for him to help us inside with a cleaning! Seriously such a perfect place, 11/10! Thank you again Ali & Randy we will miss this place but thankful for great memories made/your great hospitality

Wow! Absolutely the best place I have ever stayed!!!

THANKKKKKKKKK YOOOOOUUUUU SOOO MUCHHHH LOL!!!! Honestly, you two made my contract entirely worth it. I can honestly say that you, the space, and the area were beyond my wildest expectations. Randy, thank you for taking the time out of your day and checking on my sweet Henry when I was at work. You definitely did not need to do that and he already misses you. You guys make me want to cry you are so sweet. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Proved everything I thought about Canadians :) Take care and let me know when you're in Boston so I can send you some recommendations for all the amazing ones that you guys had. Amazing Stay

I came down to Austin for a travel nurse contract and was looking for a private place to stay. The host was absolutely AMAZING during my entire stay and incredibly accommodating for whatever I needed. The unit was beautiful and very stylish. The property was always well kept and I never had any issues whatsoever. I absolutely recommend staying here whether it be long-term or short-term!

Best stay I've had anywhere!!!

I cant rave enough about my stay! The backyard was a dream for my dog, Freddiespacious, secure, and perfect for his daily playtime! The king bed was by far the most comfortable Ive ever slept on, which made all the difference during my hectic schedule. The office was an ideal study space for my board exams, providing the quiet and focus I needed. The hosts were hands down the best landlords Ive ever had. Always responsive and incredibly accommodating, they addressed any issue immediately, following up to make sure everything was perfect. When there was some noise from daytime renovations, they didnt just apologizethey actually shifted their project schedule around my night shifts, ensuring I could rest without disturbance. Their sacrifice and flexibility were beyond anything I expected, and Im so grateful for it. Truly an exceptional stay!

Comfortable Living

I recently had the pleasure of renting this apartment from R and A, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations. The unit itself is well-maintained and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located, with easy access to the city. The property managers were incredibly responsive and accommodating, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience was very positive, and I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home.

Wonderful stay

Traveling for work my bf and I spent half a year at this property! Under new management it was such a pleasant experience. We had great communication and consideration from R & A. The location is just about 15 mins from the heart of downtown, Next to tons of restaurants and not far from shopping! The home itself is newly renovated with homey touches. Our pup loved the backyard too!

FANTASTIC PROPERTY

My fianc and I are both travel nurses and stayed at this property while we were at St. Davids and Dell Childrens. The location is 8 mins from Downtown and 8 mins from Domain. We had a fenced in backyard for our lab. They have weekly site maintenance that will cut grass, trim hedges and maintain the property overall. We had no issues with safety and parking and public street access as well. We LOVED how close we were to work but also felt like we could drive down all the restuarants, coffee shops and bars in a few mins without having to be near any noise post night shift. The owner and property manage is responsive and so kind! Definitely recommend this property and worth it alone for the location and parking!
