perfect for UVA!
Great carriage house apartment in a super cute & quiet residential neighborhood. About 15 mins to UVA employee parking! I loved being here - dedicated parking, washer/dryer, a perfect neighborhood to walk in or sit in the little area behind the neighborhood to watch sunsets/sunrises. the bed is super comfy. Truly has everything you need! Never had any issues despite Ashley and her husband always being available but also saw them super minimally!

This is the perfect apartment if you're traveling to UVA. Easy drive to the hospital & stocked with everything you could need. Ashley & Erich were always easy to reach and readily available. Truly had a great stay here!

Perfect spot in the suburbs
I don't know how I lucked out and rented this place while I worked at UVA, such a great spot in a beautiful neighborhood! Only 12-15 minutes to the hospital, close to lots of restaurants and shopping as well. The space is very clean, has everything you need for a short stay, and the bed is comfortable. A and her husband were very responsive, welcoming, and helpful, some of the best landlords I've ever had!! I hate giving up this rental for my next travel gig because I really enjoyed staying here!
