Nice Spot
This is a nice spot for short or long term stay. Rolando was very nice and responsive. The space could use a dining table but it was fine otherwise.

Wonderful Stay
The property is very nice and private and the host Rolando was very attentive. Great spot to stay for short-term or long-term stay and nearby all major neighborhoods of Atlanta. Highly recommend!

Clean, Comfortable, and Friendly + Quiet Host
The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Great office space with no noise from the host or neighbors. Overall spacious living space which I would be happy to book again next time I am in Atlanta. Rolando (owner) is helpful and friendly but not in your face, which is the exact combo I look for. The house itself is in a nice neighborhood which is close to some great areas with cool coffee shops and bars.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Rolando was an exceptional host, always responsive and helpful with any inquiries we had. The location was convenient, with easy access to supermarkets and shops. The cozy ambiance of the house made it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend Rolando's place for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.
