Relaxing, cozy environment to come home to after a long day at work. There is a shared family room, dining room and kitchen. Covered front porch with cafe lights and a porch swing. backyard with grass and partially fenced. Small deck in the back with a table and chairs and a barbecue grill. If you choose not to socialize, theres more than enough room to relax in your own space upstairs. I am open to a conversation about pets.

Awesome host and great house
I stayed with Beth for a few months this fall while in Pittsburgh for work. She is a wonderful host who always made me feel welcome and provided whatever I needed during my stay. The room is great, it's a private and spacious bedroom upstairs with a TV, a couch and plenty of storage space. The entire house is very nice and cozy as well. It's a great location too -- a quick drive if you need to go into the city. Beth was always very friendly and accommodating, I totally recommend staying with her!

Amazing host
Beth is a fantastic host. She was very communicative from the beginning and answered all my queries during my stay very promptly. The house itself was very clean and cozy and Beth maintained it really well. I spent quite some time playing with her dog Fergie, who is a treat to be around. The house is in a very quiet locality with 2 bus-stops at a walking distance. I liked sitting outside on the patio and having my morning coffee as its very peaceful and serene out. I love to cook and really enjoyed cooking in that kitchen because of how spacious and clean it is. Beth also provided access to multiple streaming services on her TV, and she herself is also a movie buff. 10/10 would stay again!

Amazing Summer
I had an amazing time at this place for about 3 months! Beth is so kind, wonderful, and understanding. The room is really spacious and comfortable with a bed, futon, AND TV! Which was great! I did not have a car for the summer, so I relied on public transportation. What was really nice was that her home is right next to the bus stop, letting me get downtown fairly quickly. Along with that, there is a grocery store thats about a 15 minute walk, or if you catch the bus it is only a 3-4 minute drive over. Overall, I couldn't recommend this place more! It was comfortable, I felt safe, I was allowed to use the kitchen appliances (and was given plenty of storage for my food), and it was just a wonderful stay! Thank you Beth for such a wonderful time!

Cozy home
I appreciate Beth and her hospitality to me all these months of living here. She is a great landlord and responds to your needs. I enjoyed living here. There is plenty space in the room and everything you really need to live comfortably.
