Apartment is located in the basement of the house. You have your own access, as well as covered parking. One bedroom and one office room. Full size kitchen and laundry room. The garage space opens on to the back patio. The property is on a main road, but tucked a bit back so you don't hear much of the daily sounds and plenty of yard space to walk around.
Space
Newly remodeled one bedroom, one bathroom unit, with an office space! Office space has a futon couch that will unfold to a bed. Nice big kitchen with eating bar and lots of cabinet space. You will have your own access, separate from the main house, and covered parking for one car. Cleaning fee is non-refundable
Neighborhood overview
House is off of main street, tucked away from the noise. Plenty of yard around the entire house. Sidewalks and bike lanes make the streets walkable. A golf course is one mile south. Walking distance to gyms and grocery stores, including Trader Joes, Natural Grocers, and Winco. Costco is just up the road! Lots of restaurants in the area as well! We are excited to share our location with you!

Amazing location, Amazing Landlords!
I had the opportunity to rent this space for a year and it was nothing short of amazing! The location is in the best part of South Salem and the space was cozy but spacious. The Landlords were by far the best I have had in a long time. Very quick to respond, genuinely good people and made sure my stay was pleasant.

My stay at Meghan and Gregs basement apartment was great. They were super welcoming! I felt like I had my own privacy, they were responsive and addressed any concerns I had in a timely manner. The apartment was cozy, clean, had a very comfortable bed, and ample space for my dog and I. They also have a parking garage and a large yard which my dog absolutely loved! I felt safe the entire time. It was perfectly located to groceries stores, coffee places, gyms and only 10-15 min drive to Salem hospital and downtown.
