Apartment is located in the basement of the house. You have your own access, as well as covered parking. One bedroom and one office room. Full size kitchen and laundry room. The garage space opens on to the back patio. The property is on a main road, but tucked a bit back so you don't hear much of the daily sounds and plenty of yard space to walk around.
You can stream almost any app through both tvs
Newly remodeled one bedroom, one bathroom unit, with an office space! Office space has oversized chair that will fold out into a bed. Nice big kitchen with eating bar and lots of cabinet space. You will have your own access, separate from the main house, and covered parking for one car. Cleaning fee is non-refundable
House is off of main street, tucked away from the noise. Plenty of yard around the entire house. Sidewalks and bike lanes make the streets walkable. A golf course is one mile south. Walking distance to gyms and grocery stores, including Trader Joes, Natural Grocers, and Winco. Costco is just up the road! Lots of restaurants in the area as well! We are excited to share our location with you!

My stay at Meghan and Gregs basement apartment was great. They were super welcoming! I felt like I had my own privacy, they were responsive and addressed any concerns I had in a timely manner. The apartment was cozy, clean, had a very comfortable bed, and ample space for my dog and I. They also have a parking garage and a large yard which my dog absolutely loved! I felt safe the entire time. It was perfectly located to groceries stores, coffee places, gyms and only 10-15 min drive to Salem hospital and downtown.

I have lived in Salem most of my life, and quite enjoy the small town feel even though it has grown quite a bit. The location is perfect if you are up for adventure. In about an hour (by car), you can get to mountains, hiking trails, lakes, the beach, wineries, or Portland for the bigger city life. I am enjoying life with my husband and our two boys, and we are so excited to share what we love with you!
