Our studio apartment is located inside our house but independently. We have divided the house and we are using 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a hallway to make this studio functional and cozy. We live in a quiet family and pet friendly neighborhood. We are on a corner and there are some beautiful trees to get fresh air. We will share the laundry room, but we will post our laundry day. Unit separate from house with own entrance from the garage door. One bedroom and one living room/dinning room with TV and microwave fridge. Kitchenette with stove top and full bathroom. If you have a small pet under 20 pounds we can discuss the option of bringing it since the space is very small and must be well trained. It can sleep up to 2 people and that would be $150 extra a month.

Summer in DFW
Had to come down to Dallas for an internship and Karina's place was everything I needed it to be. Location is great for easy access to the highway and a bunch of necessities (restaurants, grocery stores, shopping). The place was also spotless when I arrived and Karina was an extremely attentive host. Would highly recommend staying with her!

Quiet Neighborhood
The area is quiet and peaceful, very close to major highways and restaurants. I enjoyed staying there and the landlords are very nice and attentive to request. Place is very private. Highly recommend.

great place!
My stay was absolutely fantastic! The place was impeccably clean and very comfortable, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location was ideal, being close to all the main amenities, which made getting around very easy. Additionally, the hosts were extremely kind and attentive, always ready to help with any questions or needs. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to any traveler looking for a perfect experience.

Everything We Could Have Asked For
This property was perfect in every way. The location was not even a mile from restaurants, Target, Walmart, S's, Marshall's, and more. This was a completely separate space with our own entrance so we had plenty of privacy. Pots, pans, cleaning products, paper towels, tissue, aluminum foil and MORE all there for us. My favorite room was the bathroom, there was so much counter space and it made me feel like home. To top it off, K and J were super easy to contact and they were very accommodating. It's always amazing to have nice friendly people to work with when away from home.
