New Modern Downtown Retreat

LOVE THIS PLACE!!

My friend and I are travel nurses and we're so grateful for Katelyn! We stayed at her properties for 6 months. The houses are very clean and organized but Katelyn's hospitality is 1000/10. Shes so kind, very patient with our questions and very helpful with everything we needed. She welcomed us with open arms and we're so thankful for her!! She is daa best and we will definitely be staying with her again when come back!

My dog and I stayed here October through February and absolutely loved it. It's in close proximity to both Shasta and Mercy and close to Whiskeytown, Mt Shasta and so many other outdoor recreation areas. Even though it's in the downtown area I never had any issues that usually come along with downtown living like noise, traffic, etc. The unit itself was adequately furnished and tastefully decorated, not cluttered but also more than minimalist. Plenty of linens and kitchen stuff. Full size washer/dryer combo and your own parking space. Honestly after some awful experiences in central California and the Bay Area this place was truly a blessing even if my contract wasn't.

The Perfect Place, Great Location

I was lucky enough to stay here during a travel contract. It was located very close to my hospital, in a safe neighborhood. I walked my dog regularly day and night, there is also a nice dog park nearby. Everything in the home was brand new, with cute furnishings. I really enjoyed having a full kitchen, enclosed backyard, washer, and dryer, and A/C--it can get hot in Redding. The location was prime, close to coffee shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities. The landlord Katelyn was beyond welcoming, ensured I had everything I needed and helped me with making local recommendations. If I am back in the area I will book again!
