2-Story cottage w heated pool and jacuzzi and bonfire

This property is wildly overpriced and poorly maintained. From the start, patio furniture was broken and we were expected to assemble furniture and mount TVs ourselves with almost no compensation. The pool and hot tub did not work for weeks. Water leaked into the walls, leaving the back wall of the house open for two weeks. The air conditioning repeatedly failed during the peak of summer in New Orleans. The downstairs unit barely cooled the house and shut off multiple times. The upstairs unit had clearly never been maintained and began leaking through the ceiling and walls. Maintenance was incompetent and only applied temporary fixes. When we requested pest control for a bee hive, someone showed up with a can of Raid and asked to borrow our broom. For $6,000 per month, this level of dysfunction is unacceptable. Getting my deposit back was a nightmare and required constant chasing. This house made my stay in Louisiana miserable. Do not book this property.
