Fantastic Location

The location was simply perfectnestled near the Power Line Trail and less than 10 minutes away from Poudre Valley Hospital. This made our stay not only enjoyable but also incredibly convenient. Being so close to this trail meant I could easily incorporate outdoor activities into my daily routine, whether it was a morning jog or an evening stroll. Louise, my host, truly made this experience special. From the moment I arrived, her kindness and understanding shone through. She was incredibly welcoming, ensuring that we felt at home right away. Her attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the rental; it was clean, well-furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The townhouse is much more spacious than it appears in the pictures. We utilized the highspeed internet for streaming and working from home. I wholeheartedly recommend this rental to anyone looking for comfort and warmth and a location that is close to everything in Fort Collins.

Location, Location, Location!

This townhome has everything youll need for a mid or long-term stay. Located in a lake community, the water is steps from the unit. The lake is perfect for kayaking, paddleboarding, or fishing and is stocked with bluegill, crappie, and largemouth bass. Bring your bike and leave your car in the garagethe Power Trail is two blocks away, and you can get around town on your bike without riding on busy streets. There is one tennis court and two pickleball courts (newly surfaced in the Summer of 2024). The townhouse is deceivingly spacious, with three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Televisions in the living room, basement living room, and master bedroom keep everyone entertained. Eat inside at the large dining table or on the patio facing the common grassy area. The X-Finity high-speed internet made it a perfect place to work remotely, and video calls were handled without any issues. The owners put a lot of thought into all the furnishingstruly perfect for an extended stay. If you need anything, they are very responsive and will do everything possible to accommodate you. Highly recommended. I will be returning next year!
