Clean private bedroom on first floor

Positive experience

I would have extended the rental but did not like the facility that I was working at so I decided to move. Location was convenient. There's a plethora of places and restaurants to choose from. Room was clean. Appliances were working. Heating/AC was set to a comfortable level. I did not notice any noise while I was there. Everything was provided including toilet paper/wipes, cleaning supplies, utensils, and cooking pots and pans, etc. All I had to do was bring my suitcase. Landlord kept pathway in front of property clean during the winter storm and did well with shoveling the snow. And I really loved her cats. They certainly made my stay there pleasant. Land lord communicated respectfully. There were no repair issues to mention as everything was in good working condition. There were no surprise fees and she returned my security deposit in a timely manner. She was pleasant and made me feel welcome. I would consider renting from her again.
