Newly Renovate, sunny studio with mountain views near several medical centers

Stunning views and excellent location

I rented for 3 months this summer. Came up with my car and two pets and had one of the best summers of my life. The location is amazing. it's accessible to nearly everything Denver has to offer. It is walking distance to a ton of restaurants, shops, and parks. I even got a theater pass and was able to walk 3 blocks to late night movies. It's also a few blocks from the best pizza place in Denver, Blue Pan. Having parking for my car saved on the stress of looking for a spot, plus the city's Veo bikes were always available and can quickly get you to downtown or Cap Hill. The building is a true gem of mid century style. It was so happy there. The apartment was ver6 spacious with tons and tons of storage space. Renting from Marie was amazing. She is really a perfect landlord, fast, responsive, and kind. I can't thank her enough. Thank you again for such a great summer !!!

Denver stay

Marie has been such an incredible host for the few months I was staying in Colorado! This property is exactly as listed, perfect size for 1-2 people and even some furry friends. Marie has been so amazing since I have been here, always making sure I had what I needed and even had a support system away from home. Couldn't have asked for a better first experience on Furnished Finder :)

This property is amazing and Marie is a great host!!! She made coming to Denver for the first time so easy especially since as I came into the city I had a car accident!! She is the best!!! I could ask for a better experience!!!
