Great location, private, cozy home in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything.

Great Location, Little Else

We stayed here during the 2+ months we were waiting for our home to be completed, and while the location is great and very convenient to many things, this is the highlight of the property. The house is very dated and in major need of a remodel. Carpets are stained, flooring is coming up in places, the washer is rusty, and the bathroom sink and shower were constantly clogged. The owner definitely needs to invest in some upgrades to justify the short-term rental pricing model that they are benefiting from. The neighborhood is nice, the back yard is lovely, and the location is very convenient, but we would not stay here again.
