Perfect, calm, and quiet stay
I stayed here for a few months with my two girl cats. It was close to many stores and restaurants. Parking was secluded and safe. The property was tucked away allowing for plenty of privacy and a quiet atmosphere. Me and my cats favorite thing about the property was the amount of windows. They allowed plenty of light and cool air when Seattle has that perfect weather. Line would always respond quickly whenever I reached out! Which I never ran into any issues in my stay. I truly can't say enough good things about this place! I appreciate my time here and very thankful for the experience!

Secluded, awesome landlord, great location!!
My husband and I stayed here with our daughter and dog and absolutely loved it. Our first impression was how cozy and welcoming it felt. The home had everything we needed, and the host was very responsive and accommodating. The kitchen was well-equipped with a full stove/oven, microwave, full-sized fridge, dishwasher, and plenty of storage, which made our stay much easier. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, and internet all worked great. There was ample storage throughout, including multiple closets. The location felt secluded yet was only a block from the E line to downtown and about a 10-minute walk to buses for UW Montlake and Seattle Childrens. The neighbors were friendly, and the private off-street parking was convenient and easy. We stayed in fall/winter and couldnt fully enjoy the patio, but it was well-maintained and thoughtfully covered. 10/10 highly recommend. We would absolutely stay here again!

A true oasis
This is a fantastic townhouse and very much feels like an oasis, tucked away from everything with a wooded yard area, but also walking distance to Greenwood (+a new Trader Joes) and a straight shot into downtown Seattle. The primary bedroom has massive windows and a vaulted ceiling, secondary bedroom gets some southern light and was a quiet place for me to work and a great room for my 12 year old niece to stay when she visited me. My dog and I had a lovely stay - thank you Line.
